Lift Line provides 60,000 door-to-door rides a year to seniors and people with disabilities; allowing these Central Coast residents to remain active and social.

*COVD-19  program changes listed below:

Expanded rides for grocery pickup
Lift Line continues to provide rides to low-income seniors and persons with disabilities, transporting these individuals to medical appointments and now providing rides to other essential businesses, like grocery stores and banks.

Additionally, Lift Line has expanded services to provide free essential transportation for all Santa Cruz County residents who are disabled or over age 60. These services are offered regardless of income during the shelter in place order. This service will allow these vulnerable populations to maintain access to essential nutrition, finances, medical supplies and medical appointments.

Please note that these expanded services will end when the Santa Cruz County shelter in place order expires. At that time, regular service requirements will resume.
